Is it safe to mail Jewelry?
Since we ship our Jewelry by carriers like FedEx, the incidence of loss is generally no greater than with any other item you might ship. Additionally, all shipments are sent fully insured.

Will I be liable for my jewelry order while it is being shipped? ayaonline.com fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all ayaonline.com orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx/ USPS.

How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
To cancel an order, please have your order number at hand and contact our Customer Service Team toll free at 877 292 6060 or via e-mail at erdal@aya-intl.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please note that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to ayaonline.com according to our return policy.

Can you suggest a good way to clean jewelry?
You may have heard that you can clean fine jewelry with toothpaste, but the Jewelry Information Center warns that could be too abrasive for softer metals and gemstones. The best way is to soak jewelry (other than porous stones, like pearls and opals) for 10 minutes in warm water with a non-detergent soap. Diamonds deserve special treatment: Before putting them in the soap soak, dip them briefly in rubbing alcohol or vodka to dissolve any greasy buildup.

Do you charge sales tax on your products?
